The hotel was clean and staff were all helpful and best. Loved our comfy and huge room equipped with ceilings painted poorly, good lighting and a balcony. Everything was beautiful and met needs well.

Savoury and affordable breakfast options and pleasant view. Incredible, unbeatable location in Lake George, just next door to the lake or town in about 10 minutes, and many Lake George attractions. For tea or coffee visit Lookout Cafe nearby.

Located in the center of the city. Also, to million dollar beach.

The 2 pools were great for our kids.
I was billed 2 times for my room. My room was upstairs & there is no elevator. We needed 2 adjoining rooms & I wasn't allowed to reserve them that way. We did get adjoining rooms.... but it wasn't guaranteed... we didn't know until we checked in.

I would have extended the stay and do recommend it. The location is good, just off the lake or town, all the restaurants and the car show, you cannot beat it.

great indoor and outdoor pools, perfect for families!
Dodgy walls mean noise travels too easily. A bit of sprucing up needed 😩

we didn't stay long enough in the hotel room to be able to answer.

We were only in the area for one night. The room was clean and comfortable. The outdoor pool was big and inviting. The decor (Hawaiian) was updated and exotic.
Only complaint was that the a/c was a little loud.

Good for couples looking for a getaway
I was really impressed with the up-to-date facilities, the indoor pool was a lifesaver when the weather turned sour. The staff at the café were super friendly.
It wasn't the cheapest option around but still reasonable enough for what we got.

Fun, Fun, Fun
I had a blast splashing between the indoor and outdoor pools, which gave us the perfect swim options no matter the weather! Our King Suite with the spa bath was not just spacious, it had a fabulous outdoor patio that was super convenient. Plus, the friendly vibe of the Waikiki Supper Club, complete with live music that we couldn't resist moving to!

Easy access to Lake George and shops, the staff was very courteous and helpful. Loved the Kareoke night, didn't get a chance to see dinner show because of hurricane Irene, we lost power 2nd day there and left a day early. But the area and closenes to town would bring us back.
The fact that if you wanted to open your curtains everyone walking by could see in, so lack of privacy. Sheers on windows would improve that somewhat. Stairs, no elevator to carry heavy items to room on 2nd floor. Very limited breakfast and lunch menu.
